We have all dealt with recent challenges associated with COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic. To this point, the challenges have surrounded preparation and the development of contingencies. The reality is this situation is fluid and dynamic. We all have to be ready to react and change as appropriate.
We want to assure our customers that, in this time of uncertainty, our company remains open, stable, and strong. Given our reliance on global shipping providers, we are naturally subject to delays and disruptions in countries under quarantine. However, at the time of this posting, such disruptions are minimal, and customers are receiving the same high level of service. While the fluid nature of this situation may impact the customer experience in the future, we are proactively planning for every contingency to minimize any disruption to our customers.
At I3 Enterprise Inc., our primary focus is the welfare and safety of our employees, and customers. We are closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and applicable health agencies, we’ve developed a comprehensive plan of action up to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.

Also, we felt it important to share a quick update on how we, as a company, are remaining vigilant in our office and warehouse as we navigate this situation. In addition to following the guidelines established by the CDC, we are also adding extra company-wide precautions, like cleaning our office facility with CDC-recommended supplies and ensuring our staffs are washing their hands frequently and staying home if they feel sick.
